Day 12 of the cleanse
Homestretch.
Going without vices has been a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. Luckily with this cleanse you can eat (which I have been doing a lot of still)
Went to the bar for the first time in I think my life and didn’t have one drink. Just water. I’m pretty sure that has never happened before.

Day 5 of the cleanse
I had more energy than usual last night. After commuting and working all day I usually lose steam between 10 and 11pm. Last night however I was able to stay up through an over two hour movie and even after 12am I was still a bit amp’d, but forced myself to bed for work today.
Tonight will be my first Friday in a very, very long time without some sort of alcohol.

Today is day 1 of a full body cleanse I’ve volunteered to do with Jen.
